Do you handle planning permission?
Yes, we take care of everything. We prepare and submit your planning application, deal with the council on your behalf, and make sure your building meets all legal requirements before we start work.
How do you work out the price?
We give you a full written breakdown of costs — materials, labour, and all fees — before you agree to anything. No vague totals, no surprise charges. You know exactly what you are paying for.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for all construction work, including cover for the public and our workers. We are happy to share our insurance certificates on request.
